Investing in massage is an investment in your health.

I offer massage sessions at my home studio at Lake Monticello, Virginia. I currently charge $70 per hour of Swedish (Relaxation) massage, integrated with some deeper work on areas that might need it, or an hour of more therapeutic massage, aimed at resolving more in-depth issues. Therapeutic massage offers a 'firm' pressure and is aimed at releasing muscles at a deeper level than Swedish Massage. Sixty and Ninety minute Swedish/deep tissue massages are available.

Structural Energetic Therapy appointments are typically 2 hours and run $150.00. 

Neck/Shoulder/Back massage w/Accupressure Quick Release or other Focused session - 1 hour - $70

An initial Structural Energetic Therapy® session will run between 1 and 2.5 hours, and includes a thorough intake interview, body reading/Postural Analysis, muscle testing, an Accupressure 'Quick Release' (if necessary for severe head/neck/shoulder issues), and the Cranial Structural Core Distortion Release. Subsequent appointments are 2 - 2.5 hours, and include: interview, body reading/Postural Analysis, muscle testing, Cranial Structural Soft-tissue corrections and a soft tissue protocol.

I also offer Structural Energetic Therapy® Emotional Energy Release Therapy and a Frontal Occipital Decompression. Sessions typically run 1 to 2 hours at $75 per hour. There is a monthly membership/package plan available. Please, don't hesitate to call with any questions.

Your table time begins at the time of your scheduled appointment, so please plan to arrive 10-15 minutes early for your relaxation/therapeutic massage session so that we have time for a short intake review and questions, without cutting into your session. I like to have you spend the maximum time available on the table. If you arrive late, it will usually require adjusting your table time to compensate, or you are welcome to pay for extra time to make up the difference, if I don't have another appointment scheduled.

Cash is preferred and allows me to keep my rates more reasonable by avoiding cc fees. I can, however, accept Visa/MC (IF the card has a tap to pay.  Due to current security measures, I cannot swipe cards), and on occasion, I will barter for services. Checks accepted from pre-approved clients only. Please discuss this when you make your appointment.

**ALL sessions require a medical intake form to be completed, either prior to your arrival, or when you arrive. I can email a copy in advance which you can complete and bring with you, to save time. Please, be as specific as you can and include ALL information requested. While you might not think a certain medication or a past surgery is relevant to a massage, it is all information that can give me insight into why you might be having certain problems, and can even be a reason for massage to be contraindicated. If you are a cancer patient, you should seek out a therapist who is certified in Oncology massage.

PLEASE NOTE:  I only do professional, therapeutic massage. All clients will remain appropriately draped throughout the entire session, maintaining privacy and modesty. (Body Reading/Postural Analysis for Structural Energetic Therapy® may be an exception to the draping rules, but all personal areas will be covered at all times during this process by either bathing suits or other suitable under-garments.) All clients will be expected to sign a statement accepting these terms prior to treatment. There are NO exceptions. Inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may be reported to the local authorities.
